عدسة Canon RF 800mm f/11 IS STM

The fixed f/11 aperture forced me to get comfortable with higher ISOs, but the image stabilization does a great job keeping handheld shots steady. Feather detail on a heron I photographed came out surprisingly sharp even in late afternoon light.

I was worried about handholding an 800mm lens, but this one is surprisingly light—I walked around the lake for hours without fatigue. The fixed f/11 aperture isn't an issue in good daylight, and the image stabilization locks onto birds perfectly.

The fixed f/11 aperture is a trade-off, but for the price and portability of an 800mm lens, the image stabilization works well enough to get sharp handheld shots of distant birds. I just wish it were a bit faster for early morning light.
