I’ve been using this replacement bolt on my travel tripod and the threads feel much sturdier than the original. Flipping between the 1/4″ and 3/8″ sizes took just a second, and it’s held my camera rock-solid through a windy day of shooting.

The reversible design is exactly what I needed to switch between my older heavy head and newer lightweight ball head without buying a separate adapter. It threads in smoothly and feels solidly made, not like the flimsy bolts I've seen on cheaper kits.

Had to swap out the original bolt on my monopod after I stripped the threads, and this one fits perfectly. The reversible design makes it easy to switch between 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 mounts without needing an adapter.
