ProMaster Step-Down Ring 55mm – 52mm

The machining on this ring is impressively precise—it threads on with just the right amount of resistance, no wobble. It’s a solid, lightweight fix for adapting my 55mm lens to my smaller filters, and it hasn’t loosened once during a full shoot.

It screwed on smoothly without any cross-threading, and it feels solidly built. I used it to mount a smaller filter on my 55mm lens, and it's a perfect fit.

The machining on this ring is precise and smooth, threading onto both my 55mm lens and 52mm filters without any wobble. It fits snugly and feels solid, exactly what you need for a reliable step-down connection.
