Sony FE 2x Teleconverter

The autofocus on my camera body is still lightning-fast with this converter attached, even tracking birds in flight. Image quality is virtually unchanged from my bare lens, which surprised me given it doubles the reach. Perfect for keeping my kit lightweight on long hikes.

I was worried about losing sharpness with a teleconverter, but the autofocus on my 70-200mm is still snappy and the image quality held up perfectly for bird shots.

Paired with my 70-200mm f/2.8, this converter gives me razor-sharp shots at 400mm without any noticeable drop in autofocus speed. It's impressively compact too, barely adding any bulk to my kit.
