The brass threads have a smooth, precise feel when screwing into my camera base plate. Feels much more reliable than the cheap steel ones I’ve used before.

Picked up a pack of these brass studs for a quick rig setup, and the 1/4-20 threading engaged perfectly with my gear right out of the bag. They’re just the right length for standard mounts without any wobble. Definitely keeping a few spares in my kit now.

The brass threads feel solid and machined precisely, which gives me confidence it won't strip after repeated tightening. It’s a small thing, but the weight of this stud just feels more durable than the plastic ones I’ve used before.
