Canon CLI-42 fotomagenta inktcartridge

The magenta tones in my landscape prints are incredibly vibrant and accurate with this cartridge. It's definitely a step up from the generic refills I tried before. My Pro 100 is consistently producing richer blacks and smoother gradients now.

Prints from my Pixma Pro 100 look just as rich as my lab’s, and this magenta keeps skin tones neutral without that greenish cast. It’s pricey per cartridge, but the photo blacks and color saturation make it worth every cent for serious prints.

I was worried about color matching when replacing my cartridges, but this magenta printed seamlessly with my existing prints—no adjustment needed. The 13ml capacity actually lasted longer than I expected for a series of 8x10s.
