Kodak Professional Tri-X 320 is a high-speed panchromatic black and white negative film designed for use in a wide variety of shooting conditions. Characterized by its fine grain, high sharpness, and wide exposure latitude, this ISO 320/26° film also distinguishes itself with notably smooth tonal gradations and brilliant highlights. It is well-suited for portraiture and excels when used with controlled interior lighting or flash illumination, as well as low-contrast outdoor light. Tri-X 320 has a 7 mil-thick ESTAR base, and it can be retouched on either the base or emulsion side of the film.

Riley ★★★★★

Pulling this out of the box, the sheer sharpness on the 4x5 sheets is incredible—way more detail than I’m used to from smaller formats. Highlights are holding beautifully even when I push it a stop or two in the tray.

Richard ★★★★★

The grain on this 4x5 is impressively tight for ISO 320, and the highlights roll off beautifully in flat light. I've shot a few boxes now and the consistency between sheets makes scanning a breeze.

Kevin G. ★★★★★

Finally, a sheet film that delivers the classic Tri-X look in large format. The fine grain and sharpness are just incredible for portraits.
