Photogenic Pennant Science & Art (Forest)

Photography, perhaps one of the most intriguing pursuits, is a harmonious blend of Science and Art.

Artists argue that it leans heavily toward the artistic realm. Yet, we pose the question: What about apertures, shutter speeds, ISOs, and the intricacies of power laws? The exposure triangle itself unfolds as a substantial mathematical formula.

On the other hand, Scientists assert that Photography is primarily scientific. Yet, we counter: Can Photography truly exist without the keen eye of the Artist—the intuition, the skillful judgment of light, and the fortuitous accidents that emerge during a whimsical journey down an unexplored path?

For those in the know, it’s clear. Photography stands as a unique art form, distinguished by the fact that it seamlessly integrates both Science and Art, each contributing in equal measure.
