This Column Tilt Adapter expands the capability of your XC-M 525 aluminum or XC-M 525C carbon fiber tripod by giving its center column the freedom to tilt 180° (90° up & 90° down). This adapter essentially converts your XC-M’s center column into a multi-position, adjustable boom.

Ellie U. ★★★★★

Installed it on my XC-M 525C and the tilt mechanism is impressively solid—no wobble even with my heavy telephoto lens. Makes low-angle macro shots so much easier without flipping the whole tripod.

Richard ★★★★★

Finally got the 180° tilt working smoothly on my XC-M 525—the locking mechanism feels solid and precise. It’s made low-angle macro shots so much easier without having to fully collapse the tripod.

Michael F. ★★★★★

I was struggling to get the perfect angle for some low-table macro shots, but the 90° downward tilt on this adapter solved it instantly. The locking mechanism feels really solid, no sagging at all.
