Sigma 135mm f/1.4 DG Art Lens (Sony E)

Sigma 135mm f/1.4 DG Art Lens
The Sigma 135mm f/1.4 DG Art is a truly exceptional telephoto prime lens that produces stunning portraits, products, and lifestyle shots. As part of Sigma’s prestigious Art series, this lens is defined by its incredibly bright f/1.4 maximum aperture, which creates a uniquely large and natural bokeh that beautifully isolates your subject.

Unrivaled Image Quality
Extreme Aperture: The standout feature of this lens is its impossibly bright f/1.4 maximum aperture. This not only excels in low-light conditions but also allows you to achieve an extremely shallow depth of field, rendering subjects with a striking three-dimensional quality against a gorgeously blurred background.

Complex Optical Design: The lens features a complex optical construction with 17 elements in 13 groups, including both aspherical and F Low Dispersion (FLD) glass. This design works to suppress chromatic aberration and distortion, ensuring remarkable sharpness and clarity from corner to corner, even when shooting wide open.

Beautiful Bokeh: A 13-blade rounded diaphragm is used to create a beautiful, circular bokeh with minimal vignetting, producing a smooth and pleasing look for out-of-focus elements.

Advanced Features for Creators
Fast and Quiet Autofocus: Powered by Sigma’s dual HLA (High-response Linear Actuator) focusing system, this lens provides incredibly fast and quiet autofocus. This is a huge benefit for both still photography and video, as it ensures your subjects are in sharp focus without any distracting noise. The lens elements have also been optimized to reduce focus breathing, making it an excellent choice for professional video work.

Durable, Weather-Sealed Build: The lens is built to withstand the rigors of professional use. It features a dust- and splash-resistant construction and a water- and oil-repellent coating on the front element, so you can shoot confidently in harsh outdoor environments.

Assignable AFL Button: For greater control, the lens includes an assignable AFL button for custom functions, an aperture ring lock, and a switch to change the aperture ring from clicked to declicked, which is perfect for smooth video operation.

Arca-Swiss Compatible Tripod Socket: The included removable tripod socket is compatible with Arca-type clamps, providing increased stability when shooting with a tripod.
