SmallRig Camera Cage for Sony a7C II / a7CR

Designed specifically for Sony a7C II and a7CR models, this Camera Cage Kit by SmallRig offers robust protection for your camera while providing a multitude of mounting options for your personalized gear setup. The cage’s thoughtful design ensures access to your camera’s buttons and ports, seamlessly enveloping the camera’s sides. To secure your camera in place, it utilizes a 1/4″-20 screw on the bottom and an M2.5 screw on the side.

The cage boasts multiple 1/4″-20 threads and ARRI anti-twist 3/8″-16 threads, distributed throughout for versatile articulating arm attachments. It also features a shoe mount that can host a wireless transmitter, fill light, or shotgun microphone. For added convenience, a Quick Detach (QD) socket enables you to attach an optional hand or neck strap.

At the cage’s base, you’ll find an integrated Arca-type quick release plate for effortless mounting onto tripods or stabilizers, and M4 threads on the front/bottom that facilitate the use of an optional vertical/horizontal mounting plate. Constructed from aluminum and stainless steel, the cage combines durability with lightweight design, and its interior is lined with rubber padding to safeguard your camera from scratches.
