SmallRig Micro-HDMI to HDMI Type A Adapter Cable for Camera/Monitor (14″)

SmallRig Micro-HDMI to HDMI Type-A Adapter Cable (6125)
Ultra-Slim Ultra-Flexible 4K60 Production Link with Cage Mount

The SmallRig Micro-HDMI to HDMI Type-A Adapter Cable (6125) is a premium, ultra-slim utility cable designed to optimize video signal routing and protect your camera’s sensitive native ports. This adapter cable bridges a male micro-HDMI (Type-D) connection on one end to a standard female HDMI Type-A port on the other, allowing you to seamlessly link an on-camera field monitor or wireless transmitter to your camera setup.

Engineered explicitly for professional video rigging, this flexible 14-inch cable fully supports high-bandwidth video transmissions up to 4K at 60Hz. To eliminate the risk of loose connections or damaged camera ports during active handheld shoots, the female HDMI housing features an integrated mounting block. This block anchors securely to your camera cage or bracket using two included screws, creating a permanent, rock-solid video output terminal on your rig.

Key Features & Workflow Benefits

High-Bandwidth 4K60 Video Support: Engineered to handle high-resolution, high-frame-rate video signals up to 4K at 60Hz, ensuring clean, lag-free monitor previews and reliable external recording.

Ultra-Slim and Flexible Layout: Constructed with a highly malleable, thin profile that minimizes stiffness and cable pull, allowing for clean cable management around compact camera setups and motorized gimbals.

Secure Dual-Screw Cage Mounting: The female HDMI Type-A terminal features an integrated mounting base with two 1/4″-20 threads. Using the included screws, it bolts directly onto your camera cage or L-bracket to act as a robust port saver, absorbing external cable strain.

Tailored 14-Inch Length: Spans a practical 14 inches (35 cm), providing the perfect amount of reach to cleanly loop from your camera body to a top- or side-mounted monitor without introducing excessive cable clutter.

System Compatibility

Camera Interface: Fully compatible with mirrorless and cinema cameras utilizing a Micro-HDMI (Type-D) output port, including the Sony a7R IV, a7R III, a7 III, a7 II, a7R II, FUJIFILM X-T3, X-T2, and similar models.

Cage/Bracket Interface: Mounts seamlessly to any camera cage, top plate, or side bracket featuring two standard 1/4″-20 threaded holes spaced exactly 0.35 inches (9 mm) from center to center (such as SmallRig cages CCS2416, 2238, 2228, 2229, and other standard video rigs).
