The SmallRig Ultralight Top Handle with NATO Clamp is a compact, high-strength carrying and stabilization grip designed for mirrorless, DSLR, and cinema camera cages equipped with a standard NATO rail. Engineered to streamline low-angle tracking shots, dynamic handheld camera movements, and general rig transport, the handle quickly slides onto any standard NATO rail and can be adjusted side to side to dial in optimal center-of-gravity balance for various camera and lens configurations.

Constructed from premium CNC-machined aluminum alloy, the handle weighs a mere 4.2 ounces (120 g) while supporting heavy rig setups and accessories weighing up to 22 pounds. The grip section features an ergonomic anti-slip, anti-freeze lining to provide a secure and comfortable hold in challenging weather conditions and extended handheld shooting environments.
