Canon EOS 2000D DSLR Camera Body

Canon EOS 2000D DSLR Camera Body (Rebel T7)
The Canon EOS 2000D (known in North America as the Rebel T7) is an entry-level DSLR designed to bridge the gap between casual smartphone snapshots and professional interchangeable-lens photography. Featuring a generous 24.1 Megapixel APS-C sensor, this camera offers superb image quality, rich color depth, and excellent low-light performance. It stands as a highly affordable choice for students, budget-conscious creators, or anyone looking for a reliable backup camera body.

Key Features
24.1MP APS-C CMOS Sensor: Packed with a high-resolution sensor that easily outperforms compact devices, capturing incredible detail and giving you the freedom to crop your photos or print large-scale enlargements without losing clarity.

DIGIC 4+ Image Processor: Powers the camera’s internal systems to handle natural color reproduction and fine detail. It manages a native sensitivity range of ISO 100–6400 (expandable to 12800) for confident shooting in dim lighting.

Full HD 1080p Video: Record crisp, high-definition video at up to 30fps with full manual control over exposure and depth of field, allowing you to achieve beautiful, cinematic background blur.

9-Point Autofocus System: Features a central cross-type AF point for quick, accurate focus tracking across the frame when shooting through the live-view screen or capturing fast-moving subjects.

Built-In Wi-Fi & NFC: Connects effortlessly to your smartphone or tablet via the Canon Camera Connect app for instant photo sharing, social media uploads, and remote camera triggering.

Condition Note (Well Used / Viewfinder Distortion)
This camera body is well used and exhibits cosmetic wear on the exterior chassis from standard handling. It also features a specific hardware quirk regarding the optical viewfinder:

Viewfinder Optical Misalignment: When looking through the physical eyepiece/viewfinder, the image appears blurry and distorted. This issue persists even after attempting to adjust the diopter wheel, indicating that the internal focusing screen is likely loose or slightly unseated.

Perfect Final Image Quality: Despite the distorted view through the eyepiece, the camera’s sensor, autofocus tracking, and shutter function perfectly. The final captured images are sharp, properly focused, and completely unaffected.

Workaround: For critical manual framing and ease of use, we highly recommend utilizing the camera’s 3.0″ Rear Live View LCD screen, which displays a 100% accurate, crystal-clear preview of your shot. This body is priced accordingly as an excellent, budget-friendly “bargain” option for stationary setups, studio work, or secondary camera placement.
