Beyond its world-class resolution, the GFX 100 stands as a highly capable multimedia tool. It is the first medium format mirrorless camera to incorporate a 5-axis sensor-shift in-body image stabilization (IBIS) system, compensating for up to 5.5 stops of camera shake to make handheld shooting with a 102MP sensor highly practical. The camera’s imaging plane features an expansive phase-detection autofocus system with 3.76 million points covering nearly the entire sensor area for rapid, accurate tracking and low-light sensitivity down to -3 EV. For cinematography, it captures internal UHD and DCI 4K30p video at 4:2:0 10-bit or outputs clean 10-bit 4:2:2 or 12-bit RAW over HDMI.
