FUJIFILM FAN-001 Cooling Fan

For how small and light this fan is, it really moves some air, and being able to control everything right from the camera body is super handy during long takes. It does add a little whine at full speed, but it's barely noticeable on the footage and it keeps the sensor from overheating.

The mount is rock solid and being powered straight through the body means zero extra cables to fuss with. I can dial down to the quietest setting for a talking-head shoot and it’s barely a whisper, which is exactly what I needed for warm days.

I shoot a lot of long interviews in hot weather, and being able to dial through the fan speeds directly from the camera body is a lifesaver. The low noise makes it completely unobtrusive during indoor shoots as well.
