Godox Collapsible Lantern Softbox (33.5″)

The 33.5-inch size is just right for softening my studio strobe without taking up too much space. Setup was quick, and the collapsible design makes it a breeze to pack away between shoots.

The catch is surprisingly smooth for a lantern this size—it collapses down flat enough to toss in my backpack without a second thought. I used it for a headshot session in a small room and the light wrapped around my subject beautifully, no hot spots at all.

Set up took maybe two minutes because the whole thing collapses down so compactly. The 33.5-inch size gives me a really nice, soft spread for portraits without being too bulky to carry around.
