I’ve got a few enlargers and the adjustable eyepiece on this finder makes dialing in focus quick and consistent. It’s sturdy enough to stay put once set, and the cross hair stays crisp even after swapping lenses.

The cross hair snapped into focus almost immediately once I slid the eyepiece up and down, which made me realize I’d been compensating for bad eyesight for years. It took about ten seconds to dial in, and now every frame on the negative carrier looks razor sharp.

I was worried about my aging eyesight making focusing difficult, but being able to adjust the eyepiece to my vision made a huge difference. The crosshair stays sharp and clear now, which has sped up my entire darkroom workflow.
