This little brass adapter is perfect for mounting a quick-release plate onto an older tripod head I have. The threads are machined smoothly and it feels solid, no wobble at all.

The threads on this little brass spigot are cut so cleanly that my 3/8" head locks onto it without any wobble. It's short enough to keep the rig compact, but the solid brass build gives me confidence it won't strip out on a job.
