ProMaster Speedlight Softbox – 5″x6″

The bounce feature works perfectly for redirecting light off the ceiling, and the 5x6 size is compact enough to toss in my camera bag.

The internal baffle really lets me dial in the light—one quick twist and the shadows soften up for a portrait without any fuss. It packs flat, so I’ve started tossing it in my bag even for casual shoots.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easily the internal baffle adjusts — sliding it in and out really does let me control the softness on the fly. My test portraits came out with a nice, even wrap of light, no harsh shadows at all.
