RODE WS9 豪華防風罩 for Rode VideoMicro & VideoMic Me (灰)

Took this out on a windy beach shoot and the difference in audio was night and day. The open-cell foam plus the fur cover really kills the gusts without muffling voices, and it slips on over the mic in seconds.

Put this on my VideoMicro for an outdoor shoot and the synthetic fur really does cut wind noise without muffling the audio like cheaper foam covers. Fits snugly too, which kept me from worrying about it slipping off in a gust.

I’d read some reviews saying this windshield could muffle the audio, but on my VideoMic Me it’s actually cut wind noise way down without making voices sound muddy. The gray fur cover feels surprisingly dense and well-attached.
