Finally got around to mixing this fixer and was pleasantly surprised how quickly the powder dissolved with just warm water. Processed a roll of HP5 and the negatives came out crystal clear with no streaks at all.

Mixed up a batch last night and it cleared my negatives perfectly in about four minutes. The powder dissolves completely with just a bit of warm water, no leftover grit. Really glad this version still works as well as the old stuff.

I've been using this fixer powder for my darkroom prints and the fact that it makes a full gallon is perfect for my needs. Mixed up a batch in about 10 minutes with no issues, and it clears film just as fast as the liquid stuff.
