RODE WS11 Windshield for VideoMic NTG Mic

I’ve been filming outdoors a lot lately and this furry cover has been a lifesaver for keeping wind noise completely out of my recordings. It stays put once it’s on the mic, even when I’m moving around quickly.

The fur is thick enough that even gusty conditions don’t ruin my audio, and it slides on snug without any gaps. I’ve been recording interviews in a breezy park and the dialogue stays clean.

I’ve been using this outdoors while recording interviews and the difference in background noise is night and day. The fur material seems dense enough to block wind without muffling the mic’s clarity at all.
