Canon EOS R6 V Mirrorless Camera

Canon EOS R6 V Mirrorless Cinema Camera
The Canon EOS R6 V is a groundbreaking hybrid that redefines the V-series lineup. As the first in its class to feature a high-resolution 32.5MP full-frame sensor, it is a precision tool built for visual storytellers who demand cinematic excellence without sacrificing the agility of a mirrorless body. Combining 7K RAW internal recording with an integrated active cooling system, the R6 V is engineered to deliver elite performance in high-pressure professional environments, whether you are shooting a horizontal feature or vertical social content.

32.5MP Full-Frame Power & 7K Optics
32.5MP CMOS Sensor & DIGIC X: This high-resolution full-frame sensor works in tandem with the DIGIC X processor to produce incredibly sharp, low-noise imagery. With a native ISO up to 64,000 and 15+ stops of dynamic range in Canon Log 2, it excels in everything from harsh daylight to moody, low-light interiors.

7K RAW Internal Recording: Unlock maximum creative freedom with internal 7K30 Open Gate RAW and 7K60 RAW Light. These 12-bit formats provide the data depth needed for advanced color grading and the resolution for high-quality cropping in post-production.

Oversampled 4K Detail: By oversampling from the 7K sensor, the R6 V produces 4K footage with superior clarity, reduced moiré, and more accurate color reproduction than standard 4K capture.

High Frame Rate Versatility: Capture stunning slow motion with 4K at 120 fps or 2K at 180 fps, perfect for action sports and cinematic b-roll.

Intelligent Focus & Hybrid Speed
Dual Pixel CMOS AF II: This rapid phase-detection system recognizes and tracks people, animals, and vehicles with uncanny precision.

Register People Priority: A professional-grade feature that allows you to register up to 10 specific faces in-camera, ensuring the autofocus prioritizes your talent even in crowded or chaotic scenes.

40 fps Continuous Shooting: Despite its cinema focus, the R6 V is a hybrid powerhouse capable of 40 fps electronic bursts. The Pre-Continuous Shooting mode captures 20 frames before you even fully press the shutter, ensuring you never miss a peak moment.

Coordinated Stabilization & Pro Design
7.5-Stop Image Stabilization: The Coordinated IS system syncs the In-Body Image Stabilizer (IBIS) with optically stabilized RF lenses to provide up to 7.5 stops of shake correction. This is bolstered by 5-axis Movie Digital IS for rock-steady handheld footage.

Active Cooling System: A built-in fan allows for over two hours of continuous 7K RAW Lite recording, eliminating the overheating concerns typical of compact mirrorless cameras.

Vertical & Horizontal Ready: Featuring 1/4″-20 mounts on both the bottom and side, the R6 V can be mounted natively in portrait or landscape orientation. The rotating UI automatically adjusts the display for a seamless experience in either mode.

Tactile Cinema Controls: Includes a dedicated Color Mode button for instant access to Log and HLG profiles, a built-in Power Zoom lever, and an integrated tally lamp.

Professional Connectivity
Dual Card Slots: Features one CFexpress Type B slot (supporting up to 8TB) for high-bitrate RAW and one SDXC UHS-II slot for proxies or redundancy.

Full-Size HDMI: A robust, full-size HDMI port supports 7K ProRes RAW output to compatible Atomos Ninja recorders.

USB-C 3.2 Gen 2: Supports 10 Gb/s data transfers, power delivery, and “plug-and-play” streaming via UVC/UAC standards.
