Panasonic LUMIX G9 II Mirrorless Camera with Battery Grip

The Panasonic LUMIX G9 II is a Micro Four Thirds mirrorless camera built around a 25.2MP Live MOS sensor and the Venus Engine image processor, representing a significant update to the original G9 with the addition of phase-detect autofocus — a first for Panasonic’s G-series lineup. The hybrid AF system combines on-sensor phase detection with Panasonic’s established Depth from Defocus contrast-detect technology, enabling faster and more reliable subject tracking including recognition for humans, animals, and motorsports subjects. Continuous shooting reaches up to 60 fps with the electronic shutter, and the in-body image stabilization system offers up to 7.5 stops of shake compensation, extendable when paired with select Dual I.S. 2 compatible lenses. Video capabilities are extensive, with internal Cinema 4K and 4K recording up to 60 fps, 5.8K open gate recording, and support for V-Log L and various cinema-oriented picture profiles. The body is constructed from magnesium alloy with full weather and dust sealing, and features a high-resolution 3.68M-dot OLED electronic viewfinder alongside a fully articulating touchscreen. The G9 II accepts all Micro Four Thirds lenses from Panasonic and Olympus/OM System, as well as a wide range of adapted glass via third-party adapters.
